Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in
computer science, management information systems, or a related
field.
- Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience
within a technology organization, with demonstrated growth in scope
and complexity.
- Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale
organizational projects, managing cross-functional teams, and
influencing senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Foundations certification required at minimum.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in technology, business, or a related
field.
- Demonstrated experience practicing IT Service Management in a
leadership role.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in
Project Management (CAPM), or Change Management certification.
- ITIL Expert certification preferred.
- Experience working in higher education and/or union
environments.
