Job Overview

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is seeking an MD clinician to work with the Gastroenterology section with advanced expertise in gastrointestinal motility and Neurogastroenterology. This faculty candidate will be recruited at the Assistant, Associate or Professor level.

Essential Functions

• Provide comprehensive adult gastroenterology care across UC Health sites
• Deliver 6+ weeks of inpatient gastroenterology service annually
• Provide 6+ weeks of annual call coverage
• Maintain a balanced outpatient and procedural schedule
• Establish and lead the first Motility and Neurogastroenterology Clinic at UC
• Teach fellows and residents
• Participate in and initiate research projects
