Salary Range: $40,209 - $46,045 annually.

The Assistant Resident Director (ARD) will lead front desk and mail operations for the department including development and implementation of front desk and mail room procedures, operations, and training. This includes ensuring service excellence and engagement through the front desk and mail room operations. Additionally, ARDs will assist Resident Directors and other professional staff in the department with coordinating RA training, events, policies, procedures, and daily operations. The Assistant Resident Director will be required to live on campus to support our student residential population and serve as part of an on-call rotation with other professional staff.

This appointment is temporary in nature. Funding is currently expected to last up to 11.5 months, at which time funding will be reviewed for possible extension.
