QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in athletic administration, sports management, education, business, student affairs, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in collegiate athletics, athletics administration, coaching, student affairs or a closely related area. Experience in NJCAA and/or community college athletics. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience. Knowledge of collegiate athletics, administration, student athlete eligibility, recruiting, compliance and student success. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and other nontraditional hours as required by athletics schedules.

SALARY
$62 - 95,000 year based on education and experience. Excellent benefit package available including health and dental insurance with low deductibles, KPERS retirement plan, 403b plan with $50/month match, generous leave allowance, holiday pay, sick leave, personal day, vacation pay, vision insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance plan, and educational benefits including immediate family members.

Allen has approximately 300 student athletes on campus in Iola, Kansas. The sports teams include Baseball, Softball, Men's & Women's Basketball, Men's & Women's Track/Field and Cross Country, Cheerleading and Dance, Volleyball, and Shooting Sports.
