1. Provides individual, couples and group counseling to students.
2. Participates in the development and delivery of support, awareness, outreach and consultation services to the campus community.
3. Provides initial assessment and on-call services to clients with personal concerns and maintains appropriate case documentation, supervision and evaluation records.
4. Performs clinical assessments and refers individuals to other resources as needed.
5. Develops and conducts outreach seminars, workshops, and programs.
6. May collaborate with other campus departments to create and implement programs for the campus community.
7. Assists in the supervision and training of interns, practicum students, and/or graduate students in counseling.
8. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

MQ: Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a thorough general business management knowledge. Knowledge of this level is typically obtained through a directly job-related Master's degree or equivalent formal training in a recognized field of specialization that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience. Requires technical certification or licensing directly related to the job, as specified on a job description addendum.
