Medicine and Performance. Serve as a liaison for the medical care and well-being of the ISU student athletes and sports medicine staff. Maintain accurate medical records for student athletes including medical history, physical exam forms, daily injury reports and progress notes. Responsible for assisting with the operation and implementation of preseason physicals for all ISU athletes. Act as a member of the Center for Sports Medicine and Performance assisting in decision making and improvements within the department.

Required Relevant Education & Experience: Education: Bachelor's Degree (4 years)

Required Field of Study: Athletic Training or related field.
