Assistant Coach Men's Basketball
Under the supervision of the Head Men's Basketball Coach, the incumbent will be the primary contact for student-athlete recruitment and will assist in all aspects of operating a NCAA Division II Men's Basketball program including but not limited to: coaching, recruiting, maintenance of a strong academic environment and student-athlete enhancement activities, compliance with NCAA, conference and institutional regulations, retention of students, management of scholarship and operations budgets, fundraising, organizing practice, developing season and competition schedules.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree is required; master's preferred. Coaching experience at the collegiate level or higher.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
The person holding this position is considered a 'mandated reporter' under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment.
Following a conditional offer of employment, a background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate may start work with CSUSB.

Salary
Coaching Assistant - 12 Month: $6,288.00 - $7,658.00 Monthly
Actual Salary will be in accordance with percentage of time appointed - anticipated part time yearly salary - $36,973.44 - $45,029.84.
