The Athletics Marketing Intern helps with the day-to-day operations of the athletics department and game day operations in compliance with NCAA, RMAC, and Colorado School of Mines policies, guidelines, and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be fully knowledgeable and adhere to all rules and regulations of the NCAA, RMAC, and Colorado School of Mines.
• Administrative duties such as filing and record keeping.
• Game day marketing team.
• Attend meetings as necessary.

Other

• Demonstrate a cooperative attitude towards all sports in the intercollegiate program.
• Must be willing to work odd hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations.
• This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with many internal and external entities in a variety of ways. Must be able to communicate with coaches, student-athletes, athletics administration, and prospective student-athletes and their families.

Salary and Benefits

$15-$20/hour
