Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities will be front-line interaction with coaching and support staff; processing and auditing travel vouchers for travel-intensive staff/teams, contract origination and review, budget reporting to Deputy AD, processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices, and document handling/filing/scanning for audit and other purposes.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a college or university setting.
