Duties & Responsibilities Clean designated interior of building areas, including but not limited to dusting / wiping down surfaces, sinks, counter tops, desks, chairs, windows, fixtures, and ledges. Detail clean restrooms. Clean hard surfaces and carpet floors. Empty trash and recycling receptacles. Re-stock supply carts, closets, and designated areas. Move and set up furniture. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements Ability to move around freely in a building, including navigating stairs and ramps, is important. Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions from supervisors. Ability to work independently and take the initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision is often required. Ability to adapt to changes in work assignments and priorities is essential.
