Essential Functions
Perform installation, operation and maintenance of the Energy Management & Controls System ( EMCS ) for the purpose of monitoring and controlling the environmental conditions in buildings on campus. This position requires good working knowledge of HVAC systems and control devises and the ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. This position should understand control theory and how it applies to building HVAC systems.
Work Schedule
Various shifts, up to 20 hours a week
Additional Duties
Required Qualifications
1 year experience in the installation, diagnostics and repairs of automated controls for HVAC systems. Previous HVAC / EMCS controls experience at UNO .
