- Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet Virginia State Inspection requirements
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Managers
- Provide accurate labor and time estimates
- Ensure high-quality repair work and customer satisfaction
- Complete all required repair documentation accurately
- Mentor technician trainees as needed
- Attend manufacturer and dealership training sessions
- Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins
- Follow all safety, environmental, and operational regulations
- Virginia State Inspection License (Preferred)
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
