Mail, Print, and Copy Center
- Receives, processes, and resolves requests for printing.
- Assists with maintaining our printer fleet.
- Processes outgoing mail.
General Responsibilities
- Supports both the Receiving Manager and the Program Manager in
Auxiliary Enterprises.
- Maintains accurate record-keeping.
- Provide positive customer service to all inquiries made
in-person, over the phone, or by email.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills;
- Ability to work under inclement weather conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a high school diploma or GED;
- Any combination of education, training, and experience which
demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities
as described, including related work experience in one or more of
the building trades;
- Some experience with shipping and receiving.
NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: This position is hourly. The normal
work schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., however,
occasional overtime (weekends and evenings) may be required.
TARGET HIRING SALARY: $19.30 an hour.
Location/Work Model: Full-time/On-site
