You will be equally comfortable resolving straightforward, day-to-day issues as you are investigating more involved technical problems, and confident being the first point of contact on-site for clients. • General IT systems support, including device provisioning, deployment and configuration.
• General L1 / L2 field service desk work including onsite escalations and client-facing support.

• Basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support across client sites.
• Working within Halo PSA for ticket management and documentation.
• Contributing to site surveys, project delivery and client handovers.

• Maintaining accurate ticket notes, documentation and records of work carried out.

Profile:

• AV: Lightware and related AV tooling
• Microsoft: M365 and Azure
• PSA: Halo
• General L1 / L2 field competencies: Device provisioning, connectivity troubleshooting, client-facing communication, documentation
• Networking (working knowledge): Unifi, Meraki, Ruckus, Twiindata

• Microsoft 365 and Azure administration basics.
• TCP / IP, IPv4 addressing and Wi-Fi connectivity fundamentals.
