About you
- A degree or relevant experience, with experience of working in Higher Education or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of Higher Education qualifications and an understanding of relevant processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative approach to teamwork, working effectively with colleagues and different professional groups.
- A commitment to excellent student and customer service, responding positively and promptly to queries.
- Good problem-solving skills and initiative, with the ability to identify solutions and respond effectively to challenges.
- Knowledge of the SITS system would be desirable but is not essential.
