B+I Program Coordinator

This is a part-time (50%), hybrid role with on-site expectations in Ann Arbor, MI a few hours per week. Domestic and international travel may required. Programming and Event Coordination (90%)
- Provide event support to Golub Capital Nonprofit Board Fellows and other programs and signature events
- Monitoring of student progress, including outreach and recruitment, coordination of student selection processes, correspondence to students and program partners, and completion of program deliverables
- Coordinate and execute specific tasks pertaining to large events
- Solicit and respond to feedback regarding implementation and coordination of activities; recommend actions, opportunities to use technology, and/or changes to policy and procedures
Data Tracking & Management (5%)
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and maintaining accurate data on students, alumni, and campus and community partners using CRM systems. Update and support maintenance of operational and outcomes dashboard
- Track current and potential donor interactions, generating reports and analytics to inform donor materials and communication. Assist with donor material creation, submission/mailing, and tracking
Misc Project Support (5%)
- Support the compilation and editing of compelling social impact content and images for email communication, newsletters, website, and social media channels.
- Must have at least two years of administrative experience
- Previous experience handling sensitive and confidential situations.
- Previous experience planning and executing logistics related to academic programming, activities, and events.
- Previous experience working in a customer service-oriented, fast-paced environment, and with all levels of constituents
- Experience writing communications (i.e. emails, meeting agendas and notes, summary documents, etc) that are used with various audiences
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus other databases, email, and calendar-keeping software, and technologies is required.
Salary Information: The posting range for this position is $22,800 to $26,800. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
