Set up for banquet events, carry trays, serve guests and clean up events. Provide consistently high standard of service in all areas of service and meal functions related to group. Ensure a clean and safe working environment. Effectively handle customer concerns. Participate in department and pre-shift meetings. Prepare Mixed drinks as ordered, and collect payment and give change to guests at Banquet Bar's. Understand and practice "Service Alcohol with Care" principles.
