Minimum Qualifications
Minimum age 21 years old.
Experience with cash transactions.
Full service bar experience (beer, wine, and liquor).
Must be available to work weekends and evenings.

License/Certification Required

Essential Job Functions
Set up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift.
Knowledge of all wines, liquors, and beers.
Greets guests and maintains a friendly demeanor.
Strong communication skills.
Takes orders and checks back with customers.
Maintains clean and professional appearance throughout the shift.
Collect correct payment for sales.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position

Preferred Qualifications
Prior bartender experience.
ABC Commission Online Seller-Server Training Program.

Work Schedule/Hours: Will work Catering functions as needed. Times and days vary.
