This role primarily involves clinic-based service delivery, with occasional opportunities for community-based services. The Behavior Analyst will design and implement individualized programs focused on both skill development (e.g., early intensive behavioral intervention) and behavior reduction (e.g., severe behavior clinic).
In recognition of your impact and commitment, this position offers a $2,500 bonus after successful completion of training, and an additional $2,500 bonus after one year of employment following training.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, using data to inform treatment adjustments and optimize outcomes.
• Provide clinic-based behavioral services, with flexibility for community-based delivery when needed.
• Deliver intensive skill-building interventions, including programs targeting early developmental milestones.
• Develop and oversee behavior reduction programs for clients with severe or challenging behaviors.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals (e.g., speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists) to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Train and supervise support staff in the application of ABA techniques, promoting high standards of care and professional growth.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including data collection, treatment plans, and progress reports.

Work Environment
This position is based primarily in a clinic setting, with occasional travel for community-based services. You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving the lives of children and families.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate professional who is committed to making a meaningful difference through evidence-based behavioral interventions. Join our team and help shape brighter futures—while earning $5,000 in retention incentives along the way.
