Work Schedule: The Fall and Spring schedules have yet to be determined. But the lectures are (3 times a week for 50 minutes) or (2 times a week for 75 minutes) and the labs are 2.5 hours one time a week. 5 office hours over 3 days

Position Summary Information

Position Summary:

Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a temporary Instructor in the Biology Department. Teach a section of Anatomy & Physiology BIOL 209 or Anatomy and Physiology BIOL 309 that includes three laboratory sections in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master of Science in biology or closely related field (For example: medical technology, physical therapy, physician assistant studies, etc.). Commitment to the education of diverse populations. Successful performance in an interview and teaching demonstration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Past experience teaching at the university level, specifically Anatomy & Physiology.
