D. preferred, in Kinesiology, Rehabilitation Science, Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, or a closely related field with an emphasis in biomechanics and/or neuromotor control.
- Record of emerging (Assistant Professor) or sustained (Associate Professor) publication and research productivity in biomechanics and/or neuromotor control.
- Evidence of emerging (Assistant Professor) or sustained (Associate Professor) national and international scholarly reputation in biomechanics and/or neuromotor control.
- Evidence of potential (Assistant Professor) or documented experience (Associate Professor) of effective teaching skills for graduate and/or undergraduate instruction related to biomechanics and/or neuromotor control.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with people from a variety of communities, backgrounds, and identities.
Preferred Qualifications:- Postdoctoral research experience in the area of scientific expertise.
- Emerging (Assistant Professor) or strong (Associate Professor) record of teaching and advising of graduate and/or undergraduate students.
- Potential for (Assistant Professor) or documented evidence of (Associate Professor) success in contributing to academic program development.
- Demonstration of emerging (Assistant Professor) or current (Associate Professor) extramural grant support.
- Evidence of potential (Assistant Professor) or documented (Associate Professor) mentoring of graduate students.
