"Biomed Coordinator Sr LOM Biomed Engineering FT Day"

Position Summary: Coordinates Daily Operations, including Technician Supervision, Asset Initializations, and serves as liaison between Biomedical Engineering and Customers. Assumes responsibilities of Biomedical Engineering in the absence of the Director. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years in Biomedical Engineering
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of 2 year accredited college in Biomedical Electronics or Military equivalent
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Knowledge of MS Windows, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
• AAMI Certification (CBET, CRES, CLES)
• Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms

Salary Range: Minimum: USD $40.24/Hr., Maximum: USD $50.04/Hr.
