Reports To: Dean, Associate
LOCATION: District Wide - Position requires availability to instruct on campus and in flexible delivery modes. Primary Campus location will be Green Bay.
STANDARD HOURS: Flexibility in schedule is required for day, night or weekend classes as needed.
SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
- $81,000 - $86,000 based on a standard contract obligation of approximately 176 days
- Benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, are provided year round
- Additional compensation can be earned through extra contractual work, above the standard contract obligations as available.
POSITION SUMMARY
An instructor's primary purpose is to design instruction and assessment in an engaging environment to foster learner success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and continually revise curriculum
- Utilize engaging instructional strategies
- Create learning experiences integrating multiple delivery methodologies
- Provide feedback to students
- Comply with College policies
- Engage with business and industry
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Associate's Degree in Biomedical Electronics or Healthcare Technology Management
- Five years of related work experience
- Extensive experience working with biomedical equipment
- Valid driver's license
