Job Summary:
The role involves meeting with assigned student to assess their behavioral needs, designing individualized behavior‑modification plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of those interventions over time. It also includes training staff on best practices for implementing behavioral strategies and managing student behaviors effectively.
Job Description:
Conducts informal behavioral assessments and designs/implements intervention plans based on those findings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meets with assigned student families to assess behavioral needs.
- Designs behavioral modification plans based on assessments.
- Evaluates the success of modifications on student behavior.
- Trains staff on ideal behavioral modification techniques and management.

$62,441.60 - $93,641.60
