The Vice Chair of Operations will oversee all aspects of patient care within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, including midwifery services, advanced practice providers, ultrasound operations, and both inpatient and outpatient clinical programs. As a key member of the department’s leadership team, the Vice Chair will work closely with the Department Chair to provide aligned leadership and strategic oversight of clinical operations across faculty and divisions. Through collaborative leadership, the Vice Chair will foster a vibrant departmental culture, support patient care planning, and strategically delegate responsibilities to advance departmental goals and clinical initiatives. This role is accountable for sustaining a culture of excellence in OB/Gyn care, ensuring high performance standards, and promoting consistency in clinical practices driven by patient safety, quality outcomes, and evidence-based care.
