Box Office Window Sales, BAEC

The Box Office Window Sales position is a part-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Box Office Senior Manager. This requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs and event programming.

The Box Office Window Sales Associate serves as a primary point of contact for patrons, providing exceptional customer service while handling ticket sales and inquiries in the Butler Arts & Events Center.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Facilitating in-person ticket sales
• Providing excellent customer service while utilizing problem-solving skills
• Reconciling daily transaction receipts
• Answering and operating the phone system
• Processing walk-up sales on performance dates and during business hours
• Communicating event information to the public
• Performing other duties as assigned
