Building Manager, Wharton Operations
Job Description Summary
Wharton Operations team oversees management and maintenance of Wharton Buildings. The Building Manager oversees day-to-day work order activities across Wharton buildings exceeding 1,000,000 square feet, supervising maintenance, generating work orders, conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting housekeeping, customer support, and mail room operations. Oversees three union service mechanics.

- Facilities Maintenance: Accountable for identification, planning, scheduling, coordination, and oversight of facilities maintenance activities...
- Project Management: Collaborates with Wharton Capital and Small projects...
- Building Service Mechanics Coordination
- Backup to mail operations and customer support desk
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad/GED and 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent
- Facility Management Expertise, Operations Management Skills, Maintenance Supervision, Vendor Management, Team Leadership and Delegation, Multitasking and Adaptability
