The Primary Care Unit are seeking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to join our professional services team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced staff to gain practical experience in a busy academic research environment.
You will provide an efficient administrative service to the PCU Administrator and PCU Operations Manager as well as researchers and support staff in the wider unit.
You should be educated to Maths and English GSCE's or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above. You must have experience of basic computer programmes e.g. word processing, spreadsheet and email programmes. Attention to detail, organisation, time management and good communication skills are also desirable.
The apprenticeship is for a fixed term of 20 months, during that time you will receive full support and training from the Primary Care Unit. The training provider (Cambridge Regional College) will conduct regular workplace visits from your Assessor. You will complete a Business & Administration L3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
