The Hainan Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences (BiUH) is the first international independent university in the Hainan Free Trade Port. Our approach combines theory and practice following the renowned "Work-Integrated University-Industry Collaborative Talent Training Model."

Job Responsibilities

1. Teach and assess at least 3 courses in the following core subjects:
2. Fundamentals of Business Administration
3. Procurement, Production and Logistics
4. Innovation and Project Management
5. Accounting and Finance
6. Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry business practices
7. Provide academic advising and mentoring to undergraduate students interested in management careers
8. Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
9. Collaborate with industry partners for consulting projects and practical student training in real-world business scenarios

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or closely related field
• Strong expertise in business management
• Strong foundation in business analysis, process optimization, and organizational management principles Industry experience in business management, operations, consulting, or project leadership strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
• English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable

• Spring Semester 2026 (March 2026)
