Business Career Center Senior Operations Specialist:

What you will do:

Budget & Procurement

• Set criteria for vendor license renewals and process annual renewal invoices.
• Partner with the BCC Director and Assistant Director to develop and manage the career fair budget for biannual events.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new vendors that offer high‑quality and cost‑effective services.
• Build and maintain strong, productive vendor relationships.

Operations Oversight

• Partner with the BCC Director and Assistant Director to shape new strategies and priorities for the BCC.
• Collaborate on new programming and initiatives...

Event Management

• Manage and execute BCC student events...

Qualifications you already possess (Minimum Qualifications)

• A bachelor's degree in business...
• Two (2) years of experience in office operations including budgets, procurement and events.

Conditions of Employment

This position follows a hybrid work structure where employees work in the office 3 days a week.
