Position Summary: This position coordinates all financially related functions for the Georgia 4-H Foundation. It is responsible for processing deposits, check requests, and transfers. It prepares monthly reports for account holders, emails to account representatives, and other stewardship reports for endowed funds. It reconciles all bank statements and prepares monthly budget reports for the 4-H Foundation Executive Director. It is responsible for the accuracy of data across multiple platforms, works with auditors in preparation for the yearly audit and organizes duties and responsibilities ensuring that tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage and reconcile all accounts within the Georgia 4-H Foundation.
Complete accurate bookkeeping for all accounts, verify disbursement of check requests, transfers, and deposits, process and maintain hard copy files, communicate with the auditor and work with account holders to verify information in their accounts. Assist Executive Director and State 4-H Program Leader in establishing the annual budget and expense statements for the Foundation, and prepare reports for Board of Trustees. Prepare financial statements for meetings of the Board of Trustees. Provide analytics for State 4-H Leader, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Board Finance Committee.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage 4-H Accounts within the University of Georgia Foundation.
Submit transmittals on all gifts received by the 4-H Foundation. Track UGA Foundation gifts, handle purchase orders and check requests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Keep records on Investments and required Tax filing. Maintain organization's registrations and insurance coverage.
Serve as contact with Truist to handle problems with 4-H Foundation accounts. Review credit card activity by cardholders, manage monthly spending limits, and dispute transactions as needed. Work with the accountant to develop necessary Federal 990 Tax Return and 1099 filings. Maintain files and accounts for special investment funds.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Monitor fiscal operations related to sponsored projects.
Serve as the fiscal contact on grants and contracts received through the 4-H Foundation. Maintain copies of contracts and grants and process expenditures related to project deliverables.

Serve as Foundation representative for external account holders.
Prepare interim reports as requested, set up new projects. Provide assistance to external account holder, including maintaining and distributing handbooks and forms.
