"Business Operations Senior Analyst - Surgery"

Business Manager to direct, lead and manage all fiscal affairs for Division(s) within the Department of Surgery under the direction of the Administrator; directs and preserves established financial and operational processing environment; ensures adherence to appropriate internal control structures and compliance with established fiscal policies, procedures and regulations; participates in short-term and long-term strategic planning activities for division(s) and clinical practice groups; develops and implements long-term financial plans and objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
