Business Services Coordinator
This Business Services Coordinator position manages financial, budgetary, and human resource operations across the Division of Student Success, ensuring compliance with university policies and efficient processing of transactions. Serving as one of the division’s HR liaisons, it assists with payroll, onboarding, and personnel management while also implementing systems to streamline business operations. Additionally, the role facilitates communication between departments and the business team to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE; OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
- ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial and HR systems such as Banner HR, Banner Finance, Chrome River, SpartanMart, SpartanTalent, and Anaplan.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively for financial and operational tasks.
