Perform audits of other SOM contracts
Manage SOM contract logs, track contract changes and ensure
update FMV analysis are completed
Work with SOM Department Administrators on audit discrepancies
and findings
Complete accurate monthly reports of audit findings
Researches and analyses atypical/complex data and prepares
reports (e.g., budget, revenue), noting key issues and patterns in
the data
Solves routine and complex problems and identifies new, less
obvious solutions
Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team
through planning, organization, coordination, and occasional
oversight
Uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to
achieve results or improve efficiency
Works with Departments to manage annual clinician contracts and
non-compete contracts
Manges and processes termination for clinicians.
This position is eligible for University Physicians work from home
program
Shift
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and
experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable
knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional Training: Prefer Bachelors Degree, 3-4 years of
healthcare, auditing or contracting experience. Prefer someone who
works independently but can also work with a team to improve
processes and resolve problems
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $19.25 - $35.55 per hour
