Williams College is seeking a Campaign Manager to join the Office of College Relations (OCR). In this role, you will serve as the administrative and operational lead on our most ambitious fundraising initiatives, including our emerging student experience campaign. You will act as a central hub, supporting development leadership and connecting with high-level volunteers and cross-departmental teams to ensure our fundraising efforts stay on schedule and meet the quality standards required to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Project Management: Manage the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of major initiatives, utilizing project management tools to track tasks, communications, and fundraising milestones.
• Strategic Operations: Design and refine operational workflows, translating broad campaign strategies into functional processes within our constituent relationship management (CRM) system.
• Volunteer & Executive Coordination: Provide executive support to the AVP for College Relations by managing development activities, travel, and on-campus engagements and coordinating volunteer committees.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with Advancement Operations to ensure data integrity and coordinate with Development Communications.
• Data & Insight: Help produce campaign progress reports and dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse assignments/projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in assessing and translating data to address complex challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience working within Slate CRM or similar advancement databases.
• Experience in high-level project management within a higher education or non-profit fundraising environment.
