Position Overview
Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Co-Lab Coordinator with a passion for student-centred entrepreneurial opportunities. You will coordinate and further grow our Campus Co-Lab initiative — mini hubs driven by students, for students that develop and deliver ideas and projects to enhance the Massey student experience.
Campus Co-Lab is an established platform for student voice with exciting potential for further growth, and we are looking for someone with the initiative to lead this mahi forward.

The salary band for this position is $68864 - $97902 based on skills and experience. The preferred location for this role is Pukeahu, Wellington Campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coordinate and manage Campus Co-Lab student centric initiatives in a professional student centric manner, in either virtual, one on one, or group environments.
- Explore, consider and further develop the Campus Co-Lab programme elevating opportunities for student voice, and contributing to entrepreneurial initiatives using a by student for student approach.
- Develop and nurture constructive relationships with professional and academic staff to enhance opportunities for students.
- Contribute to the development of Student Developmental and Partnership as an active member of the team and through work on cross-team projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is essential. This would include, but not be limited to, human resources, entrepreneurial or business.
- Competency in, or a desire and willingness to undertake professional development in, Te Reo Māori, Tikanga and Te Tiriti principles.
- Proven experience in leading small teams in a tertiary setting, or experience of supporting and developing student led initiatives.
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and be an actively contributing team member.
