The Opportunity

In this role you will design, develop and deliver workforce capability and performance initiatives that uplift individual and organisational performance across the University. Working within People & Culture, you will translate strategic priorities into practical programs, tools and resources that support leaders and employees to perform at their best.

You will apply contemporary organisational development principles, frameworks and evidence-based practice to diagnose capability needs, co-design fit-for-purpose solutions, and evaluate impact. You will contribute to stronger, more consistent performance management by enhancing approaches, tools and guidance that promote excellence, accountability and clear expectations.

You will embed meaningful use of technology and digital platforms, including AI-enabled resources where appropriate, to improve user experience and strengthen adoption of performance and development practices. You will coordinate projects end-to-end, manage timelines, dependencies and risks, analyse workforce data and feedback, and produce high-quality communications and digital materials using tools such as Microsoft 365, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Capability and performance initiatives are delivered to plan and aligned to agreed priorities.
  • OD frameworks and evidence inform the design, delivery and evaluation of interventions.
  • Performance management tools and guidance are improved to lift consistency and accountability.
  • Digital and AI-enabled tools are embedded to improve adoption and user experience.
  • Workforce insights are used to evaluate impact and recommend practical improvements.

About You

  • Current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Contemporary experience in organisational development across engagement, performance and capability.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including presenting to varied audiences.
  • Proven project management capability across multiple priorities in complex environments.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft 365 and Asana.
