CAQH Coordinator

The CAQH Coordinator reports to Provider Enrollment management. The CAQH Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the enrollment and maintenance of provider data within the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH). This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with payer and organizational requirements while serving as the primary point of contact for providers, vendors, and internal teams regarding CAQH data. May include providers from AMC and Regional as well as other provider enrollment projects.

  • Coordinate the enrollment of all providers in the CAQH system.
  • Ensure timely completion, attestation, and re-attestation of provider profiles.
  • Monitor CAQH accounts for accuracy, and completeness of provider data, licenses, certifications, and documents.
  • Communicate with providers and internal departments to obtain missing or updated information.
  • Maintain documentation of CAQH enrollment activities and compliance tracking.
  • Serve as a resource for questions related to CAQH, credentialing processes, and payer requirements.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline provider data management.
  • Collaborate with provider enrollment staff to align CAQH data with payer applications.
  • Includes coordination of CAQH data and revalidations at AMC and in the Region.
  • Other assigned Provider Enrollment projects.

Associate’s in Healthcare, Business or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of CAQH registration process. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Prior Experience in Provider Enrollment, or healthcare administration strongly preferred.
