"Cardiovascular Supervisor"

Supervises staff performing electrocardiogram (ECG) / cardiac stress testing and the monitoring of patients before, during and after testing. Oversees employees, enforces policies and procedures and monitors productivity.

The echocardiographic lab at ZSFG is a friendly and collegial place to work. This position will report to the director of Echocardiolography and will supervise 5 Sonographers and a hospital assistant. The incumbent will perform clinical duties including performance of transthoracic studies in the echo lab as well as portable studies in patient units or procedural areas and exercise or pharmacologic stress tests. Participation in research, quality improvement, and education of students and residents/fellows is also expected and enriches this position.

The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.

The salary range for this position is $110,400 - $235,400 (Annual Rate).
