Position Information
Job Type/Hours per Week: Full-time/40 Hours per Week
Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000; Depending on relevant experience.

Job Summary
Assist students/alumni with professional development related to career options, the development of professional job search skills & securing employment. Serves as a liaison with academic colleges. Develops & maintains relationships with employers.
Major Responsibilities/Duties/Critical Tasks
- Provide career/job search advising to students/alumni.
- Plan/schedule/coordinate/deliver/promote career development workshops, information sessions & career events. Serves as liaison with colleges.
- Conduct employer site visits to develop and maintain relationships to expand employment opportunities, promoting experiential learning related to the students' academic studies and career direction.
- Market services of Department of Career Success. Participate in all orientation sessions. Collaborate w/other Career Success personnel to plan and execute career fairs, information sessions, and employer visits.
- Develop and implement an assessment plan for assigned college; maintain data & records needed for monthly & annual reports as well as data required for various departmental statistics.
- Foster and maintain effective relationships with all campus constituents. Participate in area, state and national business associations/chambers of commerce activities w/emphasis on employer development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- One - Three (1-3) years' experience in all aspects of career services, career development and employer relations in a university setting or comparable experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Master's degree.
- Three-Five (3-5) years' experience in related area.
Accompanying Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and provide presentations to small and large groups.
