When you join Team Blue, you aren't just a team member - you're an owner.

The Mission:

As our next Framing Crew Carpenter Leader, your mission is to coach, guide, and lead high-quality rough framing projects across residential, commercial, and off-site construction environments. By maintaining job site safety, protecting equipment, and delivering excellence, you directly contribute to our profit-sharing program and grow our ESOP for the entire team.

  • Positive & Dynamic Mindset: Bring an Uber-positive, enthusiastic, winning attitude with attention to detail and excellent communication.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Team Leadership & Communication: Effective coaching and clear communication that drives team success, maintains high morale, and keeps jobsite operations running smoothly.
  • Logistical Efficiency: Precise scheduling and coordination of equipment (cranes, forklifts) and load deliveries to ensure project timelines are consistently met.
  • Framing Accuracy & Quality: Precision cutting and assembly adhering strictly to building plans and structural standards.
  • Job Site Safety & Cleanliness: Zero safety incidents through consistent adherence to safety rules, completion of safety programs, and maintaining clean job sites, vehicles, and trailers.
  • Customer & Team Satisfaction: Strong collaboration with co-workers, customers, and contractors, representing Drexel with a customer-first focus.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED. One to three years of experience in framing, construction, installing doors/windows, building materials, or a similar industry is preferred. Experience running a jobsite and crew is preferred, but not required!
