Job Description
- Conducts individualized assessments to identify students' academic, personal, and social needs, developing tailored intervention plans to support their success and well-being.
- Provides ongoing case management and support by monitoring student progress, coordinating campus and community resources, and advocating for necessary accommodations or services.
- Collaborates with faculty, staff, and campus partners to address student concerns, ensuring a holistic approach to student success and retention.
- Serves as a primary contact for students in crisis or distress, offering guidance, referrals, and intervention strategies to promote stability and academic persistence.
- Maintains detailed and confidential records of student interactions, ensuring compliance with university policies and relevant regulations while facilitating seamless communication among support teams.
- Leads prevention and outreach efforts by developing educational programs, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to promote student well-being and resilience.
