We are looking for casual agents to support our team over the busy enrolment period.
Are you a capable, enthusiastic team player who prides yourself on getting the job done? This role is part of the team that provides student-facing services to students and dealing with inbound and outbound calls i.e., assistance with: (1) Application and Enrolment processes, (2) Invoicing and Receipting, (3) Withdrawals and Transfers, (4) Academic Record requests and (5) Results enquiries
If you are a strong communicator and have had previous experience in customer service-based positions or a closely related field and are looking for casual mahi, please get in touch!
