Position Summary 

Morehouse College’s Department of Business Administration is seeking applicants for a full-time teaching position in Finance Concentration.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsiblities 

Ideal candidates must possess a dynamic research portfolio and demonstrate a willingness to interact with a diverse student body across a liberal arts curriculum.

At Morehouse College, the teaching load is 3/3. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for serving the college, teaching various finance courses such as general finance, investment banking, and upper-level finance. A secondary area of teaching in real estate is preferred.

Percentage Of Time 

Essential Duties/Responsiblities 

In order to support learning outcomes and departmental requirements, it is important to develop course content and other materials.

Assignments and exams should be prepared, administered, and graded in a timely manner to keep students informed of their progress and provide opportunities for success.

Maintaining appropriate office hours and utilizing Morehouse network for timely communication with students is essential.

Instructional technology such as Banner, Blackboard, and Starfish should also be utilized as required by Morehouse College.
