Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The role of Enrolments and Fees Advisor is interesting and varied, and we are looking for someone to join our small, busy team. Working with both domestic and international students, we manage the 'nuts & bolts' of enrolment, so students can focus on study and optimise their success at University. This crucial front-line position carries out the day-to-day administration of enrolment, changes of enrolment and calculation of fees, ensuring compliance with various external agency statutory requirements are met.

- a minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience in a similar role
- prior experience in a tertiary education setting is preferred
- excellent attention to detail, and strong numerical abilities
- exceptional communication skills, and the ability to establish effective working relationships with students, staff and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Mahi Ngātahi | Who You Will Work With
As part of the Enrolments team you will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with students (prospective and current), the wider Te Ratonga Ākonga | Student Services team, and the wider Te Pātaka | Student Services Hub whānau.
You will also develop effective working relationships with staff in Faculties, Schools, and Central Service Units, particularly those providing administrative services and student support.
