Centre Administrator for the Oxford Kellogg Vision Centre
The Role
Kellogg College, Oxford University’s largest graduate college is seeking a professional and innovative Centre Administrator who provide high-level project and administrative leadership across fundraising, communications, stakeholder engagement, and operational delivery.
The Centre Administrator will oversee areas including strategic project management, fundraising, donor and research award management, centre administration and governance and leadership and collaboration. You will manage complex finding processes and external partnerships, service governance and advisory boards and be the principal point of contact for stakeholders.
This role is part time (12.5 hours per week).
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an innovative, professional Centre Administrator with:
- Experience of research support, donations, or grant funding processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders including donors, academics, and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex information and propose solutions.
