Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care? Hopedale Medical Complex is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nursing Home team.

At HMC, we are committed to providing a safe, supportive, and well-staffed work environment where CNAs can focus on providing quality care to residents. Our Nursing Home is a private-pay facility, allowing us to maintain a care model designed around individualized resident needs. Our low resident-to-CNA ratios and strong staffing practices support teamwork, resident safety, and quality care while helping our CNAs provide the attention and personal care our residents deserve.

In this role, you will provide hands-on care to residents while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to quality, compassionate, and resident-centered care. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor and report changes in condition, and help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

This position is primarily based in the HMC Nursing Home. Cross-training and occasional floating to the Hospital and Commons Assisted Living Facility may be required based on resident care needs and staffing requirements.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Day Shift: 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
