The School of Culture and Creativity aims to offer a comprehensive, transformative and multidisciplinary approach to the studies of culture, media, design and creative industries. The appointee with background in Metaverse Technologies, Generative AI, Computational Media, Animation and Interactive Media, Media Arts and Design, Virtual Production, Film, Television and New Media, Game Design/Development, Art Technology are welcome.

Job Requirement

Candidates should have a PhD degree in a related discipline. Successful candidates are required to demonstrate an ability to undertake independent research leading to impactful outcomes, such as publication in high-quality, internationally recognized, indexed journals and other types of scholarly work, or creative outputs as appropriate & recognized by their disciplines. Meanwhile, they are also expected to have a commitment to teaching excellence at undergraduate or postgraduate levels. Academic rank will be determined in accordance with successful candidate’s experience and accomplishments.

Benefit and Appointment Terms

Commencing salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Fringe benefits include housing allowance, leave and social insurance. Appointments to these positions will initially be made on a fixed-term contract with mutual agreement.
