Minimum Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program; 4 years of post-MSW clinical practice experience; practice expertise in the areas of child development and child well-being; record of excellence in teaching; engagement with state and/or national child serving systems; ability to work with diverse constituencies and engage with a collegial and inclusive culture.

Preferred Qualifications: Doctorate degree (DSW or PhD) in social work or related field; work experience in higher education; record of scholarly contributions; familiarity with inclusive pedagogy.
