Chief Development Officer

Reporting to the Artistic Director and serving on the senior leadership team, the Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for creating and implementing the American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University's fundraising strategy and leading a comprehensive development program that ranges from membership levels to 8-figure capital gifts.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Fifteen years or more in nonprofit fundraising with increasing responsibility in managing a professional team and execution of the overall strategy.
